OVERSEA PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The management of the overseas team will be based on the work scope and performance assessment requirements of the business team. Leveraging Malaysia's multi-ethnic and multilingual advantages, the team will use Kuala Lumpur as the headquarters to expand business in Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Brazil, Africa, and other countries and regions. Zachary, as the team leader, will arrange the daily work of business specialists for each country, manage, and optimize the overseas business expansion process.
